How do local foods, their inputs, and usable byproducts travel? Local growers transport fresh fruits and vegetables to the Farmers' Market, and from there it travels to your table. Locally raised chicken, pork, or venison may have to travel out of the area for processing. The West Central Mountains Food Coalition would like to develop efficient food transportation options.
